What design pressure does each opening need?
A good quote lists the product approval and DP rating opening by opening, not one number for the whole house. Ask to see it.
Is stucco, trim and finish work included?
New frames leave gaps around the opening. Ask whether finishing them is in the price or an extra visit, and get the answer in writing.
Will I have what my insurance inspector needs?
Florida insurers must offer wind mitigation credits. Because we pull the permit, there is a city inspection record and a product approval on file for your wind mitigation inspection.
